It is headquartered in Sunny Vale, California.It is an

American multinational technology company. Yahoo

was founded by Jerry Yang and David Filo in

January 1994 and was incorporated in March 1, 1995.

3. Google was founded by Larry Page C.E.O. with

Sergey Brin.It is a popular web search engine which offers

search access to over 3 million web documents in over

30 languages.

Google plus is a social  networking  service launched on

June 28, 2011 and operated by Google Inc.

4.Wikipedia is an online free-content encyclopedia that

we can edit and contribute to.Jimmy Wales with Larry

Sanger and Ben Kovitz founded Wikipedia on

15 January 2001.

5.Facebook is a popular free social networking website

that allows registered users to create profiles, upload

photos and video, send messages  and keep in touch

with friends, family and colleagues. The site is available

in 37 different languages.

6.Microsoft is the world’s leading producer of computer

software and one of the most influential companies in

the personal computer industry. It was founded in 1975

by Paul Allen and Bill Gates.

7.BRICS is the acronym for an association of 5 major

emerging national economies: Brazil,Russia, India,

China and South Africa.

8.You Tube is a search  engine that revolves around content

like video production, movie making and music sharing.It was

founded by Chad Hurley, Steve Chen and Javed Karim who

were all employees of PayPal.

9.LinkedIn is a business oriented  social networking  service.

The site is available in 24 languages.Founders are Reid

Hoffman, Allen Blue, Konstantin Guericke , EricLy and

Jean Luc Vaillant.

10.Jacob W.Davis was a Latvian-Jewish tailor and American

immigrant who is credited with inventing modern jeans. The

fabric he worked with was cotton duck and cotton denim cloth.

He used copper  rivets to reinforce the stitching.He was making

these pants as early as 1871.
