1)A mineral named ”Pyrite” (means ”fire” in Greek language)

is called as ”fool”s gold  because it looks like just real gold.

If it is struck with force, it radiates sparks.

2)”Gurjan”,the genetic name of  timber tree,

used in the manufacture of plywood,

comes from Greek and means ”Two Winged  Fruit.”

3)”Stone  Poultice Powder” removes the stubborn

stains from marble surface.

4) Cornelius Drebbel (1572-Nov.7,1633 ), was  the Dutch

inventor  of the first navigable submarine in 1620.

He was born in Netherland.
